I received a note from MrPinball in Australia telling me that my listings
were in violation of their rights regarding Bally and Williams items.

I replied that all my items were original , and asked them to be specific as
to what I was doing that impinged on their intellectual and other property
rights.

Just got a polite email from their legal department telling me that the
phrase in my post

 >>"take a few weeks or so for me to get the ambition to scan
all the flyers.""<<

led them to believe that I was scanning and reproducing the flyers, rather
than scanning them to generate an image to use with the eBay listings. I
assured them that I never reproduce flyers or manuals - ever.

No doubt they would have had reason to be upset if I were scanning and
printing these flyers. I am glad that this all resolved quickly and in a
very professional manner.
