Those North Americans who hate the Japanese indeed, no worry.
Japanese-Americans and its society in North America will be extinct
within a few decades. Almost 100 years after Roosevelt dreamed that
"no japs in North America", the dream that Roosevelt, the Chinese and
Koreans have been keeping will come true in the next few decades. Just
wait a few decades for the "germs" of North America to be extinct, and
please don't try to nuke us anymore.  If you can't wait, I suggest you
to take the method of 442 combat team of the European front in the WW2
again. Conscript all the rest of "japs" in America and Hawaii then
send them to Iraq and bomb them by yourself, then say as it was a
wrong bombing. There was almost no survivor in 442, and it was surely
an effective method to exterminate the "japs" you hate. Actually you
have executed many of those "japs" in Manzanar and other concentration
camps, however, that weren't all. Within a few decades, there will be
no "japs" in North America and the Asian-North-Americans will be
limited to your allies of cow, sheep and dog-eating Koreans and the
Chinese..

You can also adopt this method to those African-Americans and Jewish
people that you hate indeed.
