I've been using B-Flet's for some time now and am very satisfied. I 
chose them because I was using Flet's ADSL already and the switchover 
was easy, but if you are starting from scratch you may want to go with 
one of the other providers. I've heard good things about Usen.

You should also look out for free installation deals. That can save you 
a bit of money. Also, whereas with B-Flet's you also have to sign up for 
an ISP, at additional cost, with providers like Usen the optical fiber 
connection and the ISP are included in a single package.
