Also on the Vivian Solon case, she didn't seem very outraged about being 
in the hospice... did she try to draw attention to her plight over those 
two years? I think she was quite content over there... again maybe the 
result of mental issues.

Look at the case of that permanent resident deported to Serbia. He drew 
attention to his plight with emotive pleas to return home, and got a 
good result after a few months.

The Department makes stupid decisions, but if these people would take 
the correct steps to help themselves they could get better results.
