Sorry, but that is the information for the Windows side, not the Clie side.
Those are the applications developed or modified by Sony to run on Windows,
but none of them are development tools. I'm not sure if it explains your
post, but you did describe the state of your own knowledge of this topic, so
I rather wonder why you offered any comment.
If you do a bit more searching, you will see that there are many links to a
support site for the Clie itself. None of those links are valid, and
tracking backwards, it appears the entire site is gone. I actually visited
the Sony support center in Akihabara this week, and confirmed the situation
(from Sony's perspective) in a discussion with two members of their support
staff. Of course, Sony wants to point fingers at the Palm people, and I
suppose the Palm people blame Sony, too.
Some years ago, there were some people in the newsgroups who were
knowledgeable about the Clie PDAs. Have they gone elsewhere? It would not be
too surprising.
