Good thing about Japanese news
Such as the article below. I like how they do not hesitate to mention
the nationality of the offenders. In the western media this detail is
often ignored.
It is NOT irrelevant to report the ethnicity of offenders, especially
when they are over-represented in the crime statistics.

Several Chinese have been arrested on suspicion of their involvement in
thefts at aged care facilities in western Japan, it was learned Friday.
The arrested include 39-year old Lin Sheng Yun and 23-year old Cai Xiao
Fei, both of Naniwa Ward, Osaka.
The two allegedly broke into an aged care facility in Higashi Osaka,
Osaka Prefecture, on April 3 and stole a computer and about 200,000 yen
in cash. Police believe they also committed another theft.
Lin denied the allegations. However, Cai was quoted by the police as
saying he acted as a lookout.
About 100 similar thefts at aged care facilities in Osaka, Shiga,
Okayama, Fukuoka and other prefectures in western Japan have been
committed in the past two years.
