Haha... usually you can't read the contract (if you ever do) before
purchasing the item and opening the box and the documentation.
In Europe we had many of cases where the vendors lost their trials since
vendors' laws did not coincide with common laws and regulations. These
vendors were mostly non-European companies.
On of the latest and costliest trials has cost Microsoft around 500 million
dollars or Euros. Can't remember what it was all about...
