This one appears to have a Japanese interface though - no idea if it is
language switchable or anything.
I've seen several similar devices mentioned on that site in the past, so
there are probably others available. If you try some of the shops listed
as stocking this one they may have others. I'd say to try some of the
largish stores like Sofmap, Two-Top, Users Side etc.
