People don't just leave to go sightseeing, but also for quality of life, 
family reasons etc. In the case of Aichi there is the economic lure of 
higher disposable income in some fields.

Historically, culturally, experiential aspects etc - there are more 
interesting places than Tokyo. Even the nightlife in places such as 
Umeda or Susukino is generally more fun than say Roppongi or Shibuya.
