64kbps for the tukaihoudou in my case. Docomo's "@FreeD" service. So far 
it has worked pretty much everywhere. Just got back from Hokkaido where 
it worked fine, similarly in various parts of Wakayama, Gifu and Nagano. 
Only place it hasn't worked is in the hotel I usually stay at in the gay 
part of Shinjuku.
