No such sticker in Japan.
However, you can get an "Safety Driver (S.D.) Card" from your prefecture's
Driving License Center. Order an "unten keireki shoumeisho" (certificate
of driving career) or a "mujiko muihan shoumeisho" (cerficate of no-crash
no-violation period), and you'll get an S.D. Card with the certificate.
In addition, if you pass 5 years with no crash and no violation, your
driving license card will be marked in gold.
