Apparently they and their opposite numbers have been doing so for nearly
30 years. Paramilitary groups have never exactly recruited the cream of
civil society to their ranks so to speak. Its kinda sad that if/when the
peace process eventually succeeds, NI will no longer be a war zone with
a massive drugs problem, and instead just have a massive drugs problem.
