I was salaried at 234,000 per month, with a bonus at the end of the
year. But I only worked 20 hours a week, and my travel wasn't too bad. 
Most people had at least one other job; one guy taught public school by 
day and taught corporate classes at night and made a killing. This was 
1993-95.
