I like to think that I could technically get away with calling that an

will only set you back 490. The Lagavulin only 690. Apart from the 
Midleton's every single is under 700.

It doesn't need to cater to gaigins, especially strayan and kiwi 
riffraff. Probably 90% plus of my whiskey is sold to "non-foreigners of 
non-racial distinction". I believe running a bar shouldn't be so much a 
matter of tasks as a matter of tastes.
