The problem is not that one cannot open the attachment!

The attachment is totally absent, no shortcut or anything.
It looks like the attachment in not received bij Outlook Express.
If the same message was send to Outlook Express AND Outlook 2000, OE has no
attachment but Outlook 2000 works normal.
