Sounds like BS to me. Must be at least 35 years since the dirty digger 
has needed to grovel for approvals from anyone. So what about those 
tights? Appropriate or no? Perhaps Patti could provide some background 
entertainment on the big screen during the speech. Yunno, page 3 style - 
Rupert would lap it up.
