Can someone help me with my camera problem?
I can take any picture with my Dimage 7Hi, it shows only white screen all
the time (on LCD and EVF), with all the setting info displayed properly (in
fact it is showing A8.0, S500). Whether with the lense cover on or off, the
LCD shows the same white screen.
And if I snap the shutter and review the picture, it displays a black screen
with some dark reddish / orange band across the top part of the screen.
I didn't drop my camera, or shoot the sun or whatever; it just decided to
fail on one fine morning!
Now I can still use the camera to view photos from my CF card.

I really hope one of you out there can enlighten me what is going on with my
Dimage.

oh, btw, my Dimage is about 18 months old.
