Get real John. Everybody knows that its impossible for a furriner to
own a bar for 7 years about 25 meters from their actual place of work
and then spend roughly half of their working time swanning around
onsens etc.

I only read the IMF stuff to keep my economics skills up to date.
Maybe one day I'll want to get a haircut and a real job (or a female
will hold a gun to my head and demand I at least become a "proper
academic" or some such shite). Plus IMF documents are fun.
