  補足として、こうした場合の日本としての選択ですが、
１）米国追従路線を堅持し、対テロ戦争の資金需要

２）極東における覇権の確立、
の二通りほど考えられます。

２）は今行えば米国と中国の両方の餌食になる危険性があり、
当面の間は１）をネオコン勢力が健在な間、路線継続。
