Does anybody know what to do with Norton Antivirus 2002 after the ISP has
been changed? A neighbor has switched over to Yahoo and got the following
message:

"Can't find ISP after change from 56K modem."

I told him to uninstall Norton and reinstall Norton again. He did, but now
he gets the following messages:

"Live-Update could not connect to your ISP."

Another twisted English message is:

"Verify your dialing-up information is correct."

Any idea what to do? This software was a freebie which came with his new
computer.

Thanks,
Sigi
