Most people like that get promoted right away.

On a mostly unrelated note, I've been unable to decide whether always
having other people answer the phone in my office is a good thing or
not. It's like, I don't like answering the phone, but how will I ever
learn to answer the phone in Japanese if I don't do it. A koan for the
ages, I suppose.
