Pennsylvania is kind enough to maintain a website featuring "popular" cities,
some down to the zip code level, analyzing them on demographics, pollution
levels and crime by category.

Yes, I can see why areas of Pennsylvania can be so cheap. Scranton was the only
area I saw with below average crime. And everywhere had higher than average
pollution levels, particularly lead.

But anyway, I submitted a request to Remax on those properties. Perhaps I could
become a slum lord with my own units. That would also be cool. If I were a mere
owner, I wouldn't have to care about wanting to live there myself.
