To be more concretely: Preiss is the Bavarian dialect-pronounciation 
for Preusse. The Bavarians use it as expletive for nearly all 
Non-Bavarians, too. 
Examples: Du Saupreiss, du japanischer...
          Du Saupreiss, du amerianischer...

On the other side: Try to use "Bazi" in Berlin...   :-)
