Lafayette is someone I like. There is a street in my hometown named for
him. The French didn't "save" us, but supplied important aid.

I have heard reports of the French <not collectively> being
disrespectful to the graves of fallen soldiers near Normandy, is this true?

Also, I don't actually have a problem with the French. I dislike George
Bush even more then they do. My email {Anarchosyndicalism} was a French
idea. The Hugonauts were cool, too.
