Those were easy. For the teeth which had not erupted, however, he had to cut open my gum, and go in with a mallet and chisel to split the tooth to remove the little bits. I saw him hitting me. Don't worry. It shouldn't hurt. It was cool. Ask about diet or pain killer for later if you are concerned. Be prepared for it to bleed for a few days.
