You know, it's exactly this kind of reasoning that my friends give me 
when they call me an idiot for watching anime at all.  "Why are you 
watching that retarded shit?  It's a fucking cartoon."  (Mind you, the 
ones who give me that shit are actually the dumbest of my friends...) 
 Although I admit that NGE is a far more stimulating watch than Goldmember.
