I know there is some areas in the US where no racist reside. Colorado
is a well-known "Non-racist" region for many Japanese people and the
Japanese-Americans, where people objected to intern the
Japanese-Americans and hosted them to settle into Colorado. Surely if
you grew up in this kind of area, you wouldn't have known it.
