Yes, to get the international channels you need to get a second dish
that points at a different satellite. You actually have to pay for that
dish, unlike the standard one that they let you have free. I think it's
$150 for the international dish.
For a while Dish Network screwed up and gave us a few Arabic channels.
The soap operas were great.
