Any costs involved? - It would appear that there are no work restrictions? - What period of time can you be away from Japan before the visa expires? And to get multiple re-entry type visa, is that another process to obtain that? - Are marriages overseas counted as a "legal" marriage for the purposes of issuing this visa? Or must be certified in Japan also? - Does the gaijin get entitled to any benefits/perks in Japan, or basically no more than a homeless? - Any other advice? Cheers.
