As a right-hand driver who's never actually driven left-hand it's difficult
to say. I do know that in my brief visit to London looking the right way
when crossing the street was a problem. Fortunately the good people of
London wrote it down for you on the street at every crossing. ^_^
What I also find weird is on TV I always get the feeling people are doing
something wrong when they pass other vehicles on the right side while on the
freeway, something that is prohibited in the Netherlands.
And you'd be surprised by the number of European mainland motorcycles that
crash into oncoming traffic immediately after leaving the ferry in England.
