No. We asked for an expedited interview because we were planning to move to
Japan (why get a green card before moving to Japan? -- beats me, but it
seemed like the thing to do at the time). At the interview, the guys asks my
wife, why did you come to the United States? And, honest sort that she is,
she replies "To get married." The interviewer goes great, nice wedding
pictures, you'll have to pay $500 but otherwise you're good to go, have fun
in Japan.

Not saying it would work that way for you.
