No, H. sapiens speciation ended -- and is being reversed -- because
speciation requires isolated populations. Evolution can occur within a
single population.

Human evolution has slowed because there is very little natural selection.
We do still have sexual selection, but then again nearly everybody gets a
chance to breed -- even Brett.

Assisting infertile couples to reproduce could create a future population
where such intervention was increasingly necessary. Then with the next
collapse of technology, the population would plummet -- but that alone would
probably not be enough to wipe us out.
