sorry, we're from germany
we're looking for a japanese isp. in germany there are plenty of phone
number that you can let your modem dial, at very cheap rates (1.8 cent per
minute). the monthly bill is simply included in your phone bill. no
contract, no registration, no pain.
do such services exist in japan?
