I think that one is pretty manageable for a NSoE since those phonemes
exist in English. When she thinks of a difficult name, she's thinking of
something like りょうすけ. Her father's name is Yoshifumi and my parents
had such trouble with it that he had them call him Yoshi.

I admit that the spelling invites mispronunciation upon reading it.
People'll think he's the Green Hornet's chauffeur. Keiko's a name common
enough for a good deal of Americans to have encountered it, but some
people read her name and say カイコ or キーコ.
