Yes.

Then again, I think that kind of thing ends at around 1 or 2 at the latest.
This kid was 4 -- so unless it had some pretty severe developmental problems
(perhaps due to repeated body slams?), I highly doubt that it was
unstoppable crying that provoked the body slam in question.
