We bought my mother in law a used scooter (Honda) about 4 years ago. It cost around 7 to 8 man, IIR. Just a basic jobby, but a cut above a gentsuki, which is what I think you meant by the moped. We paid cash, but I think they offered us an interest-free installment plan.
