The point is, if his name on the authentic documents is written in the
way he wrote his name on the seal or not.

If that is correct, the person assumed the same way as I do. And the
probability that the assumption is correct is very high.

No problem. The degree is given by the president of the university,
with the seal of the university, but not with the seal of the president.
I guess he has not seen the actual degree on paper, if he is still wondering.
