Ace Mega Codec Pack should have everything you need. I don't have the URL
but a simple search should return you a german language download page -I
know because the last time I tried it took me sometime bablefishing the
content. It has divx. mpeg3 and mpeg4 codecs (latest versions) and tons of
other tools and utilities.
