566 will handle XP. That memory needs to be increased to at least 512mb
(check Dell motherboard homepage to find out the maximum allowed).
Upgrade to the best AGP VGA card you can buy for under 9000 yen - I
currently have a NVIDIA 5600 which I picked up for 7600yen at Compumart.
Drop all the bells and whistle XP trimmings in the Advanced/Performance
menu.
Don't try to photo-edit in Photoshop with 5 IE windows open at the same time
and 2 bittorrents running in the background.
