If/when Japan does sign the treaty, how much wailing/gnashing of teeth/
rending of garments
do you suppose there will be when Savoie STILL can't get access to
children he helped spawn
because none of this will be grandfathered?

Of course, by then, the children will probably be close to adulthood
and can make up their own
minds whether or not to see him.  Most likely not but what do I know.
