Voters avoiding the polls and staying home instead, which was what you
suggested, would keep no one in rest homes.  Less people are in rest
homes in Japan than most 1st world countries, like the USA for
instance.  The government teat; I'm unsure what that has to do with any
of your upstream carping, which while puerile and vacuous had some sort
of over-arching "idea" (old people should die).  Now you're just
mumbling.
