Not Sith Effikan or N'w Z'l'nd  either. Listening to Declan
with my eyes closed  I'd conclude from his accent that he
was originally either from the UK (say around Liverpool) or
from Ireland, but away form there for a long time. In
general a very neutral accent

Do you always pronounce the "t" in "often"?
