Jeez, it's in Shikoku! That is indeed quite a bit south. I thought
there was a town very nearby Tokyo. I think Omiya may have been the
one, mentioned upstream.
Though looking at the web page (and at one time pondering a trip to
Shikoku this pass), sure makes Kinashi-Cho look good...!
