I can't imagine or begin to imagine the RAMPANT IGNORANT SUTPIDITY
especially when neighbors who known us for years join in and LAW
ENFORCEMENT has assisted them PLUS is still using their own brand of
CONSPRIACY against me.

The CONTRA COSTA SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT is still hell bent on arresting
me regardless of how low they have to stoop or how much and how long
they have to keep hanging on and hanging on relentlessly bothering
their target regardless of innocence. 
And at the very least how that LAW ENFORCMENT has INTENTIONALLY FAILED
to do a proper investigation in my case.  If these so called
professional peace officers and I use that term loosely and
laughingly, even considered to look into the slightest bit of a person
with extensive medical and health history they would have seen for
themselves DOCUMENTED and DOCUMENTED and CERTIFIED AND CERTIFIED
MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS of my medical and health status. 

 But since this is LAW ENFORCMENT and their conspiracy targeting me it
is assumed that just doing the right thing is out of the question and
requires a logical, professional, non judgmental, fair and impartial
intelligence so understand facts so that in my opinion and in my eyes
it would be most valuable to them that they bring in a team of REAL
professionals to investigate things.  Since this has not been the case
they are still ASSISTING and HELPING in the NEIGHBORHOOD WAR and
CONSPIRACY.

 LAW ENFORCMENT FAILED especially the POLICE INTETNIONALLY FAILED to
HELP and ASSIST ME when I first BEGGED for help.  Thanks to the
REFFUSAL the other parts of LAW ENFORCMENT TARGETED me with their
TERRORIZATION AND HATE CRIMES using them AGAINST me. Because of all
this terror I had suffered I have had HEART ATTACKS, STROKES, MY LIVER
GOT WORSE as well as other organs on that side. I have recently gone
to see a MEDICAL SPECIALIST for RESULTS of a SURGICAL EXAM, some
results included that my CHRONIC
ULCERATED COLOITIS AND RELATED with it has FLAIRED up

Wednesday afternoon, I just arrived back with my brother to find out
that the newest addition to the HATE CRIME CONSPIRACY that neighbors
from hell started up was watching me get out of the car.  Instead of
saying hello I heard that what I think is a true bitch of a neighbor
say "I am going to go call them to come get him that he is by
himself." And sure enough here we go in less than a few minuets I
heard bleed over on my audio system and thru computer speakers."  Wait
to we have a chance then go in and get him. We got to get him out of
there when we have the chance.  DOESN'T TALK TO HIM JUST TAKE HIM!

These are the same people who claimed for years and I quote "ALL WE
WANT TO DO IS TO TALK TO HIM.  ALL WE WANT TO DO IS TOP HELP HIM."

HATE BY MAKING THINGS WORSE.  THIS INCLUDES TELLING THE NEIGHBORHOOD
THAT THEY WILL TAKE ME OUT OF THERE FOR THEM.  IN ADDITION TO AT LATE
NIGH DURING SLEEPING HOURS USING LOUD VOICES, RADIOS AND CELL PHONES
KEEPING PEOPLE AWAKE AT NIGHT ESPECIALLY MYSELF AS THE TARGET TO BE
SLEEP AND REST DEPRIVED.  THIS ISINTENTIONAL AND THEY LAUGH ABOUT ALL
MY MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL DISABILITIES.

THIS IS JUST A SAMLL REASON WHY I USE TH EINTERNET TO EXPOSE THE
TRUTH.  SINCE I HAVE BEEN INTENTIONALLY DISCRTEDITED BY THEM AROUND
HERE AND MY OWN FAMILY HAS QUESTIONS SINCE THEY PLAY HIDE THE TRUTH

LAW ENFORCMENT has CONSTANTLY ATTEMPTED to BREAK INTO MY HOUSE in a
promised to me and in a well known ATTEMPT TO KILL ME and or hurt me
as well as make it look like that I was never born or to have existed.

These so called officers of the peace have INTENTIONALLY been helping
the neighbors gather more neighbors into this hate of me by making
false accusations and lies up and listening to the liars that started
all of this.  LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS INTENTIONALLY MADE CLEAR THAT IT
ACCEPTS, ALLOWS, WELCOMES, CONDONES and ENCOURAGES HATE CRIMES,
TERRORIST ACTS, SCARE ACTS, and anything to frighten me into having a
fatal or serious to near fatal attack from any medical condition.  

This would not be the 1st or 2nd or 3rd time this would take place.  I
HAVE BEEN FORCED TO LEAVE MY HOUSE ON A BAD DAY FOR ME AND FORCED TO
HOBBLE ON FOOT AND CANE 2 MILES FROM HOME TO BE FOUND ON ROAD DYING OF
A HEART ATTACK AND ETC.  I have been FORCED to suffer chest pains bad
enough while driving and being followed and all the stress they can
give making things bad enough to crash the car into a new car sending
me in a c-spine outfit to the emergency room for the day.  I have had
other things in those categories.  PLUS when I was in for a week at a
local hospital in a heart ward they were there around the clock
watching from any hiding point possible.  AND THAT IS HOSIPTAL
VIOLATION and yet not one person punished.

BUT SINCE I AM A TARGET OF HATE CRIMES AND TERRORIST ACTS LAW
ENFORCMENT IN ITS ABUSE OF AUTHORITY REFUSES TO POLICE ITS OWN.


I DEMAND COMPENSATION, RESTITUTION, PAYMENT, AND THINGS MADE UP TO ME.
I DEMAND THEY PUT THE CONSPIRATORS BEHIND BARS FOR LIFE.  I DEMAND
THAT THESE HORRID EXAMPLES THAT CARRY BADGES ARE STRIPPED OF AUTHORITY
