Nice try but that's not how it works; you do require a signature or the consent
of the person to do this, neither of which you got. I had no idea you had a
soul sucking machine copyrighted and didnt sign anything or hear about any of
this until afterwards therefore you get no soul.If you would have stated this
before hand and put some 'fine print' up of the conditions you might have a
soul, but you didnt. Try studying law a bit more than you study technology,
then you might get my soul IF you can persuade me to give it to you (as if
that'll ever happen)
the one thing you cannot improve with technology is a basic contract; it has
always been the same and will continue to no matter what (meaning you cant make
the hidden invisible contract no one knows about till it gets them) Besides, I
did this all in my perfect world so even if somehow youre hidden contract
deathtrap thing got me it still couldnt get my soul (and the machine I used to
suck the soul out was built from scratch; none of your technology was used)

To sum it all up: to be able to get my soul in a contract you have to either
get me to sign something that has the conditions clearly written on it (or in
fine print) or have to tell me the conditions first then have me consciously
agree to them
