Yeah, well, I reckon I get lost far more often with Japanese maps. All
too often, I get the impression the mapmaker simply drew in a few
landmarks, then filled in the spaces around them with plausible-looking
squiggles. Or he left out all the bits he doesn't consider essential,
such as side-roads (knowing which road _not_ to take is also useful
information).
