But one thing that irks me is the way you choose the next 2 DVDs to be sent. You can only select the DVDs after receipt of notification that the previously rented DVDs have arrived at Posren. This means that even though you have made your selections the same day the DVDs were returned, the next 2 DVDs aren't dispatched until the next day. That adds a 1 day delay to the process. With DVD Zoo, you had a list of DVDs, a wish list, and thus the next available 2 DVDs in the list were shipped, normally on the same day the returns were received.
