His Japanese is perfect. How dare you suggest otherwise? Why, when he
worked in the office of a construction company in Japan and was unable
to communicate with people over the phone, it was because of their
racism, not his inadequate command of Japanese. (No matter that his
own boss said the problem was due to his Japanese).
