If so, chances are you'll be buying a HDTV. Like it or not, the industry is moving to HD. The mandatory switchover was supposed to have happend in 2006, but that's been bumped back a bit. In the meantime, however, the TV manufacturers have been pushing HD into newer and cheaper sets. I predict that within a year or two, it'll be nearly impossible to get a TV over 20" that ISN'T compatible with at least one HD format. For Revolution to not support any form of HD is just extremely shortsighted of Nintendo. Microsoft has already pledged that all Xbox360 games will support HD, and you can guess a number of Sony's PS3's titles will likewise support HD. If Nintendo wants their console be taken seriously, and not regarded as a child's toy, they need to move with the times and support not only HD, but surround sound and online play (all of which the gamecube sorely lacked.)
