The following does not exclusively pertain to Japan, but what the 
heck... I live here! :-)

I am using a very simple but excellent software to download and convert 
YouTube video clips (http://www.save2pc.com/). All I have to do is copy 
and paste the URL of the video clip into the designated field and hit 
“Start”. The software will then convert the file into the predetermined 
format and copy it to the designated folder.

Now I came across YouTube files which are actually audio files plus a 
clickable still picture. I’d need a software to convert them to MP3 
format and capture the streaming audio files, but something that 
functions similarly to the aforementioned video converter. At least, the 
software must be easy to use.
Is there such an animal?
